EPSON Graftrax-80 ROM

I recently came across the Graftrax-80 ROM which EPSON supplied for fitting to an Epson MX-80 or MX-100 printer.
An interesting addition, this ROM has the following features:
a) adds a 480 pin and 960 pin (per line) graphics mode,
b) adds a TRS-80 mode where the block graphics characters (normally characters 160 to 255) are shifted to become characters 128 to 223
c) adds the ability to redefine the following control codes used by the printer to improve compatability with some hardware:

We have implemented these into the Epson emulator (enabled by setting /root/config/emulation to Epson+Graftrax80) and are looking for testers.1/8" Line Feed (ESC 0)
